This auction is for a vintage 1991 African American Starlight Splendor Bob Mackie Barbie doll. I don’t believe this doll has been displayed before. Hair and shoes are still in their original packaging. The poster has a crease along the top of it. Looks to be from how it may have been packaged. The exterior box has some light wear and the back of the box has a rip where the tab is.
